Every maintenance visit includes mowing all grass areas, edging along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs, trimming around trees, fences, and obstacles, and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces. We leave your property looking sharp every time — not just mowed.
In Austin's growing season (roughly March through October), most lawns do best with weekly service. During the cooler months, bi-weekly is usually fine. We'll tell you honestly what your lawn actually needs — we're not going to push weekly visits if bi-weekly works for your grass type.
Yes, fully. We carry general liability insurance on every job. Your property and our crew are protected. If you need proof of insurance for an HOA or commercial property, just ask — we can send it over quickly.

In 2007, Carlos Tovar Sr. loaded up one truck, grabbed his equipment, and started knocking on doors in Austin. He wasn't selling a brand — he was selling his word. Show up, do the job right, charge a fair price. That was the whole business plan.

It worked. One client became five. Five became twenty. Word spread through neighborhoods the old-fashioned way — neighbors talking to neighbors. Within a few years, that one truck turned into a full crew.

Today, Carlos Jr. runs day-to-day operations alongside his father. He handles the scheduling, client communication, and the technology side — making sure every customer gets quick responses and nothing falls through the cracks. The old man still oversees every major job. Some things don't change.
